This 3-month minimum retainer is for ongoing systems support and strategic consulting. This service is perfect for high-level coaches, consultants, and service providers who need more than just a VA. Frequently Asked Questions

Trying to manage your business’ cashflow? No worries! With the Seamless System Sprint, you have the option of paying in full or making a 50% deposit to started, with the balance due 30 days later.

All retainers are as listed per month.

There are very few software/CRMs that I haven’t used for myself or clients. This means that you don’t have to switch over software to work with me. We’ll also review your tech stack on your sales call just to make sure I’m able to support you. 

If I discover that your software is insufficient for your business needs, I will make a recommendation for something more fitting.

In addition  to your CRM or email marketing platform, I’ll need access to Zapier and, in some cases, Airtable. If you don’t have accounts already, you can sign up for free by clicking on either name.

Each system project is down within a 4 week sprint. The typical time for each system build to be completed is 2 weeks. The additional 2 weeks after the system is built allows time for me to test your system before deploying it, train you and/or your team on how to maintain it, and make any revisions necessary.
