STRATEGIST & ADVISOR

Hey There!
I'm Fo.

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of personal finance, business operations, and strategic decision-making—helping individuals and organizations make clearer, more confident choices with money and how work gets done.

I’m a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), 3× author, and the founder of Mama & Money®. I’m known for breaking down complex financial and business topics in a way that’s clear, practical, and actionable—grounded in traditional financial education, real-world experience, and a strong analytical foundation.

My work spans personal finance education and business optimization. I partner with organizations to strengthen financial understanding at scale, and I support leaders in improving efficiency, systems, and decision-making inside their businesses.

Before this work, I spent years improving operations as an engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and I’ve built and scaled multiple successful brands of my own. That background allows me to translate data, systems, and financial realities into clear strategy—whether I’m advising leadership teams, facilitating workshops, or speaking to organizations and communities.

I’ve worked with organizations such as Debt.com, Wiley, Will & Trust, and Junior Achievement, and my insights on money, business, and family life have been featured in Yahoo Finance, MSN Money, U.S. News & World Report, Bankrate, Parents, The Penny Hoarder, Refinery29, the LA Times, and more.

My path into this work was personal. After carrying over $78,000 in student loan debt, my husband and I used the same practical tools I now teach to become debt-free, pay off our home, grow our investments, and build long-term financial stability. That experience continues to shape how I approach both financial education and business strategy—with clarity, discipline, and sustainability in mind.

Today, my goal is simple: to help individuals and organizations make smarter money and business decisions that lead to lasting results.
